About the Course

Front custom fields are additional fields that enable you to add more details to your resources such as contacts, accounts, teammates, inboxes, and conversations — allowing you to add additional layers of customization that increase the productivity of your automations. Think: instead of a rule that routes messages to the specific account manager, now you can have a custom field called Account manager that you can update without needing to manually update every individual rule that references this account manager. When this account manager changes, you only need to update one custom field for all the rules to continue running!


In this course, we’ll review the different resources where you can add custom fields and go over use cases for each.
