About the Course
Accountability starts with a standard. ⏰
Before you can manage performance, you need to define what "on time" actually means for your team — and then give Front the ability to flag when that standard is at risk.
This course takes you through the full arc of performance management in Front: setting response time standards with Time Goals, reading the reports that tell you whether your team is hitting their targets, diagnosing what's behind any gaps, and using the Team Performance report to have coaching conversations that are specific, fair, and grounded in evidence.
By the end, you'll know the difference between a routing problem and a performance problem, a staffing issue and an individual one — and you'll have the frameworks to address each appropriately.
