Dynamic objects: access third-party systems within a conversation

About the Course

Dynamic objects allow you to import third-party information such as orders, shipments, itineraries, or tasks into Front to be displayed in an integrated and easily-accessible interface within your conversation. This course will show you how to apply dynamic objects to turn URL or text from your CRM, TMS, or other systems into readable content about the object — saving you precious time accessing third-party tools for the details you need.

This course could get technical depending on how deep you want to go with dynamic objects, but we recommend all Front admins to check it out and evaluate if the concept would be helpful to your team. If so, you can always recruit help from a developer or teammate who’s comfortable with technical topics.
