About the Course
Autopilot is Front's AI automation engine - where you can build your own AI powered teammates and agents. Your new AI agents can tag, move, assign, escalate, or even respond to conversations the moment they land, based on the prompts your team defines. This course walks through what an Autopilot agent looks like in practice, how to build your first one, and how Playbooks let you chain several actions into one end-to-end workflow.
This course is a bit more technical so we would recommend some knowledge level of how to use AI, building a prompt, or even having created your own agent - but it is not necessary.
